Fishing was really slowing down towards the afternoon so I decided to go deeper and try something else. Caught this one in about 25 FOW with a slow presentation lifting it about 1' off the bottom and then letting it drop on a slack line. Fish are shallow in the morning and more active, ice is around 5" thick but the weather has been really warm lately so use caution.
