Cold temperatures with a high of only 15 kept the crowds away. I was able to sight fish this beauty in the 2.5 feet of water and right after hooking it, the fish jumped and started to run downstream but I was able to get it into the net just as the hook popped out. Great day overall despite the freezing temps but this was the slab of the day
