      Thanks guys. Was looking at mud hole site before posting. I am thinking about the step up kit not the cheapest one. I also saw the blanks on eBay. Can't wait ...more for the class. Will post pics.

      You can buy medium rod blanks on ebay for a good price

      when I started I buy old cheap rod and practice first, you can get a rod building kit on ebay or amazon for $200
