Caught a Gulf Flounder on Galveston Bay using a Dual plastic rig with gulp "swimming mullet" (green squiggly tail)

  I nice catch i know where that spot is, we usually fish just off eagle point 1/4 mile out,at the pvc markers it's always good fishing around there!!
