Dinky trout, the only fish of the day. The fishing is very slow, I believe the cause of it is the heat wave that just came around. 80* today, and water temp around 75*. I was fishing for bull reds and threw my lady fish on a sand bar at 4 FOW*. I used my favorite combo- Shimano symétre spinning reel and Pfluger Trion rod. Had 1 other good run, but this trout was the only fish that came out today.

| 8" lady fish cut up into 4 sections, using about a 2 inch mid section of the ladyfish with a 2.0 eagle claw circle hook on a 12" 20 lb braid leader. 1/2 oz egg weight on mainline 20 lb green braid. | ||
