Slack to low tide with slight water movement. Glass flat with no wind, so that called for topwater and plenty of bait action on the surface as well. Fast and tight zig zag action. Cast out past a tailing red into a pocket of bait fish and worked the topwater fast over the path of the red's head. Red busted the lure out of the water as if chasing mullet. Topwater action all morning.
