Fished my new custom Bart's from Clatterbrat. Didn't expect to get any blow ups but I got 2. Little to no vegetation. Clear water. 3-5 FOW. 97'. Casted near the only vegetation and structure I could find and walked the dog with it. Also was popping it because of the cupped mouth.
