Caught this 14in small mouth at horsetooth Monday at about 1:00pm. Used a very slow retrieve with an exaggerated jigging action. This was at the entrance of the park from town where it is free to park. The walk down can be a little rough so beware of that. Continued using a jig and this retrieve to catch 5 more fish.
