Dropped a piece of bread into 3 FOW. Kept the bread surfaced and tilapia came up and hit. There was a bed of moss nearby in the pond. Slight vegetation on the other side of the pond but no timber anywhere. It was 80 degrees out and it had rained earlier in the day. Caught it in a private pond at cinnamon shores, they stocked it with freshwater fish in a freshwater pond.
