Had a whole lot of fun last weekend fishing a abandoned pool! This was a pool in the early 1900s and was abandoned and now overran with reeds, moss, & even bass. Mid 80s temp, clear water, mild winds, water temp 70s. The abundance of reeds and moss made a great frog habitat. Using a slow and steady retrieve around the reeds and we were getting a bunch of blow ups. Great day of fishing!
