Lol really? I have been fishing for 15 years and held 5+lbs fish like that and I'm 100 % sure I have never hurt them.

      Make me @saltlife32

Yeah but key word is stop holding fish like that
    7. steven ridout 0
      Key word "could" @saltlife32
    8. nathaniel jones 0
It could break its jaw or spine and kill it
    9. steven ridout 0
I think the fish isn't gonna die just because of that @saltlife32
    10. nathaniel jones 0
No cause its size to weight ratio not always 3lbs
    11. steven ridout 0
It's alright though because the fish was under three lbs @saltlife32

      I agree terrible handling

Likely will not hurt it. Except when the fish gets bigger (3+) then it doesn't matter how fat he is it will most likely damage it
    14. Sutton Dole 0
Not necessarily @max1172 it's sorta ties into how big the fish is and how fat he is. If you catch a 15 inch bass that's pregnant and you do this it will ...more most likely hurt them. If it's skinny, it most
    15. max1172 0
That's only on fish over 5lbs

      ^^^^i agree but nice fish

Hey next time hold him either straight down or horizontally while supporting his tail, you can break his jaw the way your holding him and he'll die
