3 flounders(15,15,16inches) Dinner tonight. Fillet both sides everyone..don't waste it 👍(had a friend argue with me that there's barely anything on the bottom white side)..WRONG!

      Like the belly side. It's more fatty and has a buttery taste to it. Great for sashimi @matt

      That's the way to do it! I never waste a fish, I even keep the heads and guts for crab traps.
