Saw an idea in this months bassmaster magazine and modified it to a smaller popper with only one cork

  Drilled a hole in the cap and cork and straightened a paperclip out and ran it through it. Then i twisted it at the ends with pliars to put a hook on the back and ...more to tie it at the front
