Weather was sunny and hot no wind. Bait was frozen peeled shrimp on a medium action rod 12# mono and a 3/0 circle hook and a 1/2 ounce sinker. Roughly 5 FOW about 3 feet from the shoreline. This guy nailed the hook like he hadn't eaten in weeks =)
