The one I saw that was owned by the HOA said it was for residents only. I also have a pond in my neighborhood that supposedly has bass. In Southwind community near ...more 360. I think it is too "mossy" IMO.

Thanks for the info @Watch. The pond I saw over there was completely enclosed by someone's metal fence. Huge monster of a house with a large pond. We must be ...more talking bout 2 diff places.

Green oaks and New York also had a nice looking pond w/access. Lived right there for 6 years and had no idea it existed. Looks promising @Watch

No it's public. Owned by the city and maintained by HOA. The land was donated and the parks are open for public use. You can look at the Mansfield park ...more site for info. @chucktheduck

@Watch ....but it is posted "no swimming/fishing". Makes zero sense why they wouldn't want you fishing such a large accessible pond. Good luck to you!

Man there are some really nice looking private ones that have access but posted "no trespassing". I am not opposed to trespassing to fish a freakin pond. ...more The nicest looking one is at TCCC...

This pond is at Rose Park, haven't had too much luck there. I hear they stock it with trout every year. I fish both public and private ponds I have permission ...more for. @chucktheduck

Hey @Watch me and Google maps searched out every pond in the area this morning. With the exception of 2 or 3 most were "private". Are you fishing public ...more ponds or private ones?
