      Correct me if I'm wrong but at the 95 bridge in Richmond isn't it past the spawn line where you aren't allow to keep and no matter the size and so you ...more were jigging in and around the I-95. Bridge

      @fishingva no keeps in our boat, but some of the other boats caught some fish in the 18-22" range. Two guys caught 27 the day before us. It was overcast then, ...more we hit it in the bright sun. Go early!
