Personal Best after 35 years of fishing...of course I was by myself so I couldn't get a better pic...and I wanted to get him back in the water ASAP

  Yes it is. I was so excited I didn't think to lay him down and take a pic. But he swallowed the frog so I wanted to get it out quickly which I did...and he ...more is fine but the bigger they are the more damage can be done by handling so I wanted him back in. I need a new scale too! Didn't want to put the hook in his mouth but he is every bit of 8lbd
