Fish stacked up on west wall of a man made Island that was once a quarantine for immigrants arriving at Ellis Island. Now it's home to thousands of cormorants and gulls stealing bait and living off scraps left behind by the fish. Some Migrators stop in at this year round resident fish hangout. When they're hungry from their trip they smash any hint of wounded bait.
