      Wow, I just figured he was fishing for panfish with a worm until I saw these comments.. Don't see any mention about Texas rigged plastics from Cole. Also don't ...more see any flags in the water that mark the designated refuge area that's off limits. Nice bass, Cole.

      In addition to Steve's comment, that stretch of Wingra (which looks to be near the damn) is closed to ALL fishing while the muskies make their run up the creek ...more and above the damn. Please learn and know the regulations and don't target these fish while they're spawning so that we can all continue to enjoy a healthy population.

      You can't fish for gamefish until May 6th
