That is a sharp looking shop, nice Bass too. Looks like a great place to get out on the water and lose yourself in the surroundings and your fishing.

Rock point. I think I caught them on a. Right blue one if I'm not mistaken. The water was really muddy yesterday from all the wind and rain but should be clearer ...more come Saturday.

Well dang I want in on a tournament. I stay to the nc side as well so I'll tell you this particular cove is right across from tbones. That's where I put ...more my boat in. Under the bridge 3rd cove on the nc side. I've caught a fish 3 of the 4 times I hit that cove. I've also had some luck directly across from the landing which is McDowell park. The crank baits I was getter my hits on were 12 and 15 foot divers.

Thank you for the info I appreciate it very much our club has a small tournament there this Saturday and just trying to get some pointers on the lake I have never ...more been there you wouldn't happen to know what kind of crankbaits would you

It was a sinking jerk bait a darkish shad color I don't know how much it weighed. It was actually like a secondary point but it was a very small cove not far ...more from the tryon bridge. Everyone swears by crank baits in the wintertime I might've caught three in a week on a crank bait. I caught eight on Mountain Island Lake Saturday with the jerk bait and I've got three more decent size ones in Lake Wylie since then. Just fishing it really slow
