  Both times I ate them they were caught in Va. They were very mushy and tasted bad. The dog liked them.

  Filler and skin them egg wash or mustard then the cracker meal or fish fry of your liking then deep fry. The mustard is only to get the batter to stick to the meat ...more and you can't taste it. Works very well when you are outdoor frying, so you don't have to worry about the egg spoiling.

  What is the best way to cook them? I have tried them a few times and they didn't taste that good.
