Strike king shadalicious 4.5" in green gizzard color that's the only color I've gotten them to bite for years. Through it ...more right in the grass and pull it out. It's a pretty versatile bait. We've caught on the 5.5" also but the 4.5" action is better at slower retrieval speeds.
