Using worms on a small hooks, use a 4-6 lb. line for leaders. Water is crystal clear, so use fluorocarbon line. Rod and reel fishing is great right after sun up and a couple hours before sun down. Rooster tails work for brown trout as well. Browns typically bite in the after noon.
