Had my grandpa and dad drop live minnows above trees. Great technique to catch summer Lakers in Raystown.

  Yes when the lake was flooded there were full standing trees left. They are about 40-50 ft down

  Tie a basic drop shot rig with a large shiner or alewife (if you can catch them). We suspend the bait about 1-5 ft above the standing trees. Usually it doesn't ...more take long for a hook up
