  Yes their is a H.P. limit on the lake. Their is also a 15 limit on the lake. It's hard to catch a 5 Bass limit their for a tourney but there is a lot of quality ...more bass in Cowan. It would be worth a drive.

  Healthy looking Bass Jacob, have never been to Cowan. Is the a H.P.restriction on the lake. Clear Fork and Pleasant hill are both close by for me, so that would ...more be a little bit of a drive for me.
