There is a large tree submerged in the water right across from the boat launch. I cast a little beyond it, let the chatterbait sink, then began to slowly retrieve the lure, but fast enough to allow its noise and action to be attractive. I had 17lb test on my Baitcaster so when he nailed it I snatched him up out of there aggressively so he wouldn't get hung up in the timber. (I've lost my share of lure on that timber).
