anyone have any experience with spotted bass? after extensive research I'm convinced this is one. although there's no reports of them this far east in PA.

ed cowan 0Large Mouth, Spots do exist in PA only in the Ohio river and it's tributaries.

Ken Parlatore 0Mark....I've seen bass like yours, and I was told it was a spotted bass....nice fish. There are some big fish in that little lake.

Joe L 0looks like a normal largemouth to me. some bass have the well-defined black stripe/spots while others don't. Spots are a southern fish. Afaik, they arent ...more in northern lakes. Nice fish.
