  I was surprise it hit eight too . But when it did I said wow . She was fat with eggs and extremely heavy. We weighed her twice on two scales

  Compared to your hands, that bass looks light compared to an 8 lb bass. Did you weigh it and where abouts on the lake was it caught.
  
  Nice fish for White Rock ...more but not 8 lbs.
