      tasty, not fishy at all. I like them on corn tortilla with black beans ,corn,lettuce and sour cream.

      I do catch and release but when crappie are done spawning, and the cravings of fish tacos come in I'll take some of those back home.

      It sound like you caught many crappie. I always catch and release so, others can enjoy the fun of catching giant fish. Only if others would catch and release.

      thanks, dude I usually catch and release but the other day we kept catching slabs after slabs, I took home 12 big crappie.
