Low tide allowed me to walk close to the rivers bank and cast my 1/8oz Blue Mango Lure with a sliver spoon..I was catching a lot of juvenile strippers which were chasing bait fish, when along came a 4 pound smallmouth bass...he struck the Lure pretty good and put up a good fight
