Use "Tonys" as live bait. Walk the edge of the river and tap shallow water rocks with a bigger rock, flip the rock and grab your bait. A "Tony" ...more is much like a stone cat. The Chemung yields KING SIZE walleyes, some nice smallies and an occasional Stripper fro the Tioga Hammond compound up stream.
