  no catch and release in the st. lawrence river but i think if you go to the mouth at lake ontario i believe you can, ill have to check that out.

  awesome. so st lawrence has a catch and release during off season.. is that true.. googled it but very confusing with special exceptions etc.. looking to come ...more up in may. frank
