Flipped the jig right towards the lily pads area on the right there was a bush with branches overhanging the water where i skipped under and Bam got the hook up and immediately felt the weight and my pole was bending like wild even though it was only about 7 feet from me man it fought like hell. right after i skipped it back under and whamo got smacked with a 5lb after that i pulled some smaller one pound and two pound fish out from the rocky area in front of the spill way with a lip less crank bait in red crawdad color.
