The bite in Gold Run has slowed considerably. While catches can be made of mostly small perch and splake, the rainbows are few in between them and can be caught anywhere in the water column, not just suspended. The fish were found in anywhere from 10'-25' of water. Jigs tipped with red spikes or purple plastics worked.
