A few years back, I had a strong urge to learn how to sucker fish for fall muskies. After a little research and good direction from other skilled sucker fisherman, I headed out to Lake Pewaukee for an early morning outing solo. I pulled up to my first spot and rigged up a monster 18 inch sucker under a slip float. Within 10 minutes I caught my first musky on a sucker! This was one of the thickest muskies I had every hooked. A memory that I will never forget!
