About Goliath Grouper

There grouper are brown in color with their head and fins are covered with small black spots. Irregular dark and vertical bars are present on the sides of body and tail fin. The pectoral and caudal fins are rounded. The first, spiny dorsal fin is shorter than and not separated from second dorsal. Adults can be up to 800 pounds.
