About Blue Marlin

The back of the Blue Marlin is cobalt blue while the sides and belly are silvery white. Light blue or lavender vertical stripes may be present on the sides. Upper jaw elongated in form of a spear. The dorsal, pectoral and anal fins are all pointed. No dark spots on the dorsal fin. Two dorsal fins are present, the first is high and slopes steeply posteriorly, while the second is small.
